DESCRIPTION

We co-design and run in-house mentorship programs for organisations who are looking to train and engage internal mentors and mentees.

 

These programs are typically run for people managers, leaders and talents, but more recently they have become widespread across many target groups.

 

We train mentors and mentees in the standardised plug and play tools to be used in these cost-effective and impactful programs. This improves performance, retention, knowledge-sharing and engagement.​​​​
